Elections for Sri Lanka Cricket will take place at the Sports Ministry in Colombo tomorrow (03) under tight police security, said minister Dayasiri Jayasekara.
Ministerial or personal bodyguards, weapons and mobile phones are banned for the occasion.
Voters should enter the ministry only from the ministry entrance facing Cinnamon Gardens police station at Reid Avenue, he told the media yesterday.
Once registered at the ground floor, they should proceed to the fourth floor, where the vote takes place.
The minister advised voters to be in their seats by 9.00 am, and those coming after 10.00 am, when the meeting begins, will be dealt with by the director general of sports.
The entire process will be videoed, he added.
